French Island Cattle Ranch

French Island Ranch operates as a working cattle ranch, featuring registered Santa Gertrudis cattle and Brangus commercial cattle.  The beautiful Santa Gertrudis breed originated on the King Ranch in the Coastal Bend of Texas and is known as a superior beef producer particularly adapted to the coastal Texas climate.  French Island Ranch is a member of the Mid-Coast Santa Gertrudis Breeders Association, an affiliate of Santa Gertrudis Breeders International.
